Pregnancy Massage
To help relieve and, aid relaxation and support posture through pregnancy. Comfort on the massage bed and pressure can arranged at the time of appointment.

Relaxation
Effective stress relieving massage incorporating specific areas of concern or full body. Can be combined with the use of essential oils for enhanced relaxation effects.
Cost: $80/hour
Deep Tissue
Specifically for reducing muscular tension, stiffness and pain. This massage can be tailored to suit preferences of pressure and muscular areas covered.
Cost: $80/hour
Hot Stone
The hot, smooth and oiled stones are placed on key energy points of the body producing a deep penetrating warmth to release blocked energy and induce a state of equilibrium for the mind and body. Then traditional techniques are used with warm stones to massage and soothe away muscular tension, promoting ultimate relaxation and stress relief.
Cost: $99/hour
Sports Massage
Pre or post events to relieve aches and pains, prevent injury, invigorate muscles, rehabilitation etc. This is often combined with the use of hot and/or cold stones to aid elimination of lactic acid and quickly reduce inflammation.
Cost: $80/hour
Lymphatic Drainage
Helps to reduce lymphatic congestion, enhance immunity and detoxification pathways.
This type of massage is not combined with muscular tissue massage as it can overload the body, alternating massage treatmnets are advised.
